What to wear under your diving surfing wet suit?
Good question. It depends, there are a few reasons why would you wear something under your diving surfing wet suit. If you want to wear something under your diving surfing wet suit because you want to be warmer, because your diving surfing wet suit is to thin for certain water temperature then get a thin diving surfing wet suit top or a thermal rashguard. You can also get neoprene shorts. These will not influence your paddling that much and will add to the overall warmth of your diving surfing wet suit. Wearing a thick diving surfing wet suit top under your diving surfing wet suit will make moving your arms harder.

If you are just wondering what people normally wear under their diving surfing wet suits? Nothing! If you know you will have to change in a public place, if you feel that hiding behind the towl is clumsy or if you are renting a diving surfing wet suit and don't want to be naked in it - then put a bathing suit under it. Use normal bathing suit like speedos (dickstickers, nuthuggers... :)). Do not wear boardshort as they wrinkle under your diving surfing wet suit legs and it will fell uncomforable. If you are a girl you will also want to wear a bikini top or a sports bra.

Diving surfing wet suit can also cause diving surfing wet suit rash or diving surfing wet suit chaffing. Rash can apper in areas of your body where there is a lot of movement and your skin constantly rubs aginst the neoprene. The usual places are your neck, your armpits, behind the knees, your ballsack... with neck and armpit being the most common. To prevent this wear a rash guard under your diving surfing wet suit.
